Lost Circuits (http://www.lostcircuits.com/cpu/amd_unlock/) has a interesting way to avoid painting the top of your CPU.

Give it a try. I'm used to painting the top now .:D

Hmm, seems a lot easier if nothing's in the box, but if everything is happily installed it seems like a lot of trouble. I'll stick with CPU painting :D.

What mobo are they running for 215MHz FSB?

Unless I am blind or REALLY senile, I did not see if this will work for my two XP2000+ CPU's that I have for my dual mobo.

Are they Pally's or Tbreds?

It works for the Tbreds but not the pallys. I'm guessing that they're MP's or XP's that you moded, correct?

I think the +2000s are still Pallys (mine is) if that's the case you have to paint all the L1 bridges. Not fun. If they're Tbreds you can paint the last L3(?) or paint the bottom like in the article.

BTW my 2000+ maxes at 1.8g I hope you have better chips. :)
