hello again.
how dose one get the right pump size?
or do i just throw in the biggest on that fits?
is a high pressure sistem good or bad.
how do i alocate this with the radiator?

well, a very basic guide to pump sizing (in I. D.):
for a 1/4-5/16" system a eheim 1046, 1048 or hydor l20

for a small 3/8" cpu or cpu+gpu system, a hydor l20/ ehiem 1048

for a large 1/2" or a 3/8" with a lot of obstuctions, a hydor l30, an eheim 1250, or a swiftech MCP-300

for a large 1/2" system with lots of obstructions (like more than a BIX, and two or three WBs, an eheim 1260.

pressure is bad, it bursts clamps and lines.

Ok here we go
This is the system so far
For loop one
Ill be using ½ tubing being pumped by
1250 Eheim 310 gph into a Danger den cpu maze 3 for an Intel P4 3.06 block cooler with tec into a Reservoirs going into a Black Ice Xtreme using one 120 fan to push air thru it.
For loop two
Ill be using the 3/8 tubing
Pumped by a another 1250 Eheim 310 gph for a Gemini nfoce4 gpu gpuram cooler going into it a Reservoir then into a danger den system chip cooler back to another Reservoir then into RAM AQUA SINK out going into another Reservoir then to a Black Ice Xtreme using one 120 fan to push air thru it.
I know this is a big loop but but im building a clear full tower case and wnat to show off all that water with lots og light to boot also I am hopping the larger pump and the additional second large radiator offset the size of the loop and dispense the heat evenly
Ill also have 3x120 fans blowing fresh air into the box.
I also like the idea of keeping the thing symmetrical.
But the idea just hit me? how much noise is this thing going to make?

you mentioned that in the second loop you will be using the gimini gpu block, i think the gemini is 1/4. i am not sure but for 1/4 systems you're better off with the eheim 1048.

ya i did a change of that and went with the 1250 Eheim insted with a second xtream 2 for the second loop using 3/8 tubing
