Hi, all

I have 2 Black Ice Micros in my case. Right now I have both of them in a push-pull configuration. Both radiators are in the front of my case with access to fress air for the "push" fans.

My question is....What impact would be had if I went to a push-push configuration. Would the case-heated air cancel out the cooler outside air or would more air pushing onto the fins have a positive effect?

I really want the best performance out of these since I really have no usable space to install a BIX to its fullest potiential...

If I stay with a push-pull config, can I see an appreciable improvement if I would decide to duct the exhausted air through the bottom of the case???

And again, this forum is fantastic. One cannot say enough about people going out of their way to help sole other's problems....

tried pull in end and push on the front, my burner was getting warmer then usual in that configuration. push-push might work for you. give it a try.

are you saying to have two fans, one one each side pushing into a BIM. that won't work, because the BIM is shruded, so the air will have nowhere to go, and they will stall

hello
are you limited to just 2 fans?
whats your exhaust to intake ratio
that should dictate which way you should go.
if you got a a high exhaust rate go with the intake method
push air into the box thru the radiator this way it gos into the box but leave as quickly as possible
if you got a a high intake rate go with the exhaust method
push air out of the box thru the radiator this war you maintain only cool air in the box and prevent heat cascade.
the thing is to keep the box as cool as posible create a vacume like situation where you constantly ahve freash air wanting to be in the box.
it dose not seem to matter much if you do have fresh air cooling your radiator if you have a heat build up inside the box.
will cuse higher temps to be cooled lowering efficey
if your exhaust to intake ratio is equal you should be ok.
