Hey guys,
I just got p625_TZ2_EXT on both my boxes. I use Kfold to monitor them(Great tool and it can ftp statuses to my website, so that I can know what going on at work), but back to the point. I could believe the difference in processing time. Both have SEE and Extented 3dnow. I have turn on -forceasm and -advmethods. This is how they compare.
athlon xp 2200+ 2min 34sec per frame which with this protien it takes 17.11 hours to complete.
athlon mp 1200 3min 58sec per frame which with this protien it take a crazy 26 hours to complete.
I know there is a litt overhead, but I took the value of the cpu2 with is not doing any by folding.
The difference would be 1min 24 sec for 600mhz.
The difference of 14 sec per 100mhz increase.
This does take in account for high bus speed. They both where running at 133mhz.
If you have this protien and are running kfold post you cpu type, bus, frame time.
:)
