don't know details ask others. ive heard that perople solder their maze 3s to safeguard from gasket fialure. only prob is, u can't get in there to clean it out, or look at it.

welcome to the board :)

i've had great success glueing my blocks together, use something specifically designed for high temps and contact with water or you will be in trouble... instant gasket should do fine or a marine epoxy

I dont trust glue... ether solder the sides then file them... or... use a oxy aceline torch to weld the both plates together... ( I recomend soldering, so you can take it apart later on)

Hi gastro54,

Spread solder paste on both sides of the area to be soldered.
Clamp together and heat with a torch for a few and it will melt evenly and give you a strong, waterproof seal.

Take care.........

PS.........Stay away from glue if you can. Sooner or later, it will fail and you will have one very bad mess, if not ruining the mobo also.
