I'm working on a unique design for a class D amplifier and I was hoping to get this protected somehow if possible. This sucker is finally up and running. I just have some efficiency points to address.

What features does the amp support? You thinking of selling them? My amp is older than me and the left or right speaker always craps out after it overheats.

Being a class D which is new to the car audio industry and not very old even to the Home/PA industry...It's not something that would be readily duplicated as a project. I've built a zillion class A A/B amps in my time but this was a serious pain in the ass. Class D's major benefit is delivery of up to 90% efficiency where as A/B peaks in the low 60%'s.
