i neva herd bout it til today
uses heatlane tech to cool cpu.

Most places I've seen have given the thing a bad reason for some reason for another. Besides, I think a 1.4GHz Athlon probably puts out a little more than half the heat of today's better processors. Give me an SLK-800 any day.

nope.

if you look on AMD's web site you will find that all AMD processors top out with around the same amount of heat generated (45 watts i think)

what does change is the area that heat comes from

That HSF is a CPU crusher.

It also doesn't work all that well. Gimmie a swifty of a Alpha any day. :)
