Corsair XMS is my favorite but I'd look into the 3200 cas2 or 3500 cas2 flavor.

Aye, if you're going to take advantage of the locked PCI/AGP bus on the nForce2 motherboards, go ahead and get some high-end RAM.

The memory in my sig is great for overclocking.
And works great with real world uses.
Well worth the money.

Ditto on the Corsair XMS. There is other good stuff out there too, but nothing as consistently great performing as the Corsair.
I would go with the XMS 3200 C2. You'll need the headroom for overclocking with aggressive mem timings. The 3500 C2 is even better...if you can swing the money.
