Hi there,

I've bought quite a few bits from them and never had any problems they even delivered my new monitor in time for christmas :D . Also when stuff was faulty they replaced it pretty quick.

however I know people who will not buy from them due to problems they have had with buying stuff and after sales support. Personally I've never had any problems with that they were always very helpfull once I contacted them.

One thing that I have noticed is extremely flakey is their stock level indicators I have often found they have said on the site they have stock but after a few days of the order tracking siting at "processing" I find they don't actually have stock at all.

I've often found giving them a ring is a good way to get to the bottom of order hold ups. It's quite hard to ignore someone who is on the phone, their online tracking systems have always been less than forthcoming about hold ups once you have a real person its easier to get the reason behind any delays.

thats a great help...i was gettin a bit worried about my order so i sent them a few e-mails about the order tracking of my Athlon...had no reply yet, but it seems to have worked cus they finally decided to update me on the status of my product through the order tracking page, after about a week and a half:mad: and now its on "Your order is awaiting packing in our warehouse"...does this mean my order will be arriving soon, scince it was on next day delivery and im in the UK....:confused:

it means that it'll be packed up and shipped out soon. You should get an email once it has shipped then it should arrive the next working day.

well i got my status updated to that on friday...and it ses on their website that if they recive an order on friday then it should arrive on monday :D...so im happy
