anyone have one for their peltier?

are they good?

also will they fit in a 5.25 bay? or 3.25 bay?

i dont think runnin' a 226w peltier on my powersupply will b good. its already heavily loaded...... LS-120 drive, dvd-rom, cd-rw, dvd burner, 2 120mm fans, 11 80mm fans, agp card, sound card, 56k modem :-D, gon do some overclockin'. (currently 69W from cpu)

You'll definitely need a seperate PSU for the 226w pelt. You can see how the meanwell worked out for me HERE (http://www.liquidninjas.com/reviews.php?op=showcontent&id=20) .

They are higher than a normal 5.25" bay so you will need more room above or bellow than, say, a cd-rom drive.

They are too wide for 3.5" and too thin for 5.25" but you can get long screws to bridge the gap.

Also, the depth of the meanwell might cause a prob depending on your case.

I fit mine at the top drive bay and used cable ties to attach it at the top. Works well and is held nice and tight.

Check the dimensions before you get it. But to be fair ive not found a better TEC PSU to fit into my case.
