i thought it was around the 2400mhz mark?

God!!!!! A 2800+ is not clocked at 2,025mhz its clocked at 2,250mhz.

I misplaced 0 accounted for a loss of 225 MHz I know I would be upset if I lost 225 MHz, and its not just that THG has a knack of screwing the pooch.

The 225MHz is there, they just made a typo, just as you typed I instead of A.

True it prolly was a typo, but that type of typo in a review or article cannot be allowed to happen...this shows a lack of professionalism.

THG has lost a lot of respect over the last 2 years....far too Intel bias for many to stomach....myself included.
Stuff like this doesn't help either.

pretty shitty overclock on the 2800 anyway. I imagine some of the kids over at xtremesystems could do quite a bit better with their prometeias.

Yep...OPP has his XP 2700 up to just over 3100mhz already with his prommy...whew...now that's an overclock!

Ive had mine to 2900mhz in the cube. But, since the cooling system wasnt stable, Im not sure if this was actually stable for more than an hour :)
