Help on Folding Sig

HELP!!
Everytime I click on my Folding Sig, it opens to SETI Page Stats.
I am feeling very dumb right now, so I really need some adult supervision.
What do I need to do?

Hey Lee, Put this in your sig, but take out all the spaces that I put in.

I felt like a total retard, not getting it set up.
