Identifying my core?

I have an Athlon XP 2100+, marked AXDA2100DMT3C. I suspect this is an older core but I can't find any site I can confirm this. Does someone have a list?

If it is indeed an older core, how much of a disadvantage would it give in overclocking attempts, and if I decide to get another, what kind of core marking should I look for?

Yes, that apears to be an older core. Here is a good guide to identifying the core you have.

You may still have good luck overclocking as the stepping, AXDA, is a little newer.
