I just got the 48/12/48 for my friend's computer. Works like a charm after I had a little issue with Nero. For some reason it wouldn't see the drive in the begining. I futzed with it for a bit and gave up for the night and went out for hot wings.

A hour and 2 pichers later I got a call from my friend saying he fixed it. He's not too computer literate but he got it done :)

Hi tech,

You can not go wrong with Lite-On.
Many OEM's are putting them in boxes now, they are a VERY solid burner, for the money.

You will enjoy it, for sure.

Take care....

BTW... This thing absolutely rocks :D I'm doing burns in a 1:30 to 2:20 depending on what I'm doing. No frisbee's either ;)

Hi spldart

A very good Burner. I can burn Music CD's in 2 to 3 minutes no porblem. Also this burner is Very! quiet. Good choice.
