This was posted by ABIT Marketing on the Abit-USA forums...take note to #3 and #4
To clear all the issues once for all,
1. No, currently we do NOT have plans for the MAX version of the NF7 motherboard. But I have already delivered the message back to our enginners in Taiwan. It will not be MY decision to make a motherboard but I will always try my best to deliver the public messages back to our Marketing/PR team in Taiwan.
2. As far as I know, there are no other nForce 2 motherboards out there has included a Serial to ATA converter like ABIT. I understand it is kind of pricy consider the converter is going for $30. However other motherboards don't even come with ANY.
3. 4 holes.. there WILL be a 2nd batch of the NF7-S available by the end of this month. Both boards will be identical in every way except the 2nd batch WILL have the 4 holes around the CPU socket.
4. Voltage options.. I am still waiting for the reply on that. I will keep you guys updated on this issue.

I'll admit...my A7N8X is one awesome mobo. Feature rich and rock solid. Overclocks great and is super fast even at stock speeds. But, I'll try the Abit board as I have a buyer for the Asus already ( a buddy of mine ). I am hoping Abit has their NF2 mobo tweaked more by the time the 4 hole versions arrive.
