High guys I have a question, this Intel cpu is on sale

is this a good price and a good cpu?

Also what is a great mobo for this with raid?
Is the Epox EP-4T4A+
or EP-4PEA+, 4GEA+ which one of these mobo's is a great for overcolcking?

That CPU is good, a for a mobo I would look at the IT7 series from Abit
