I have a ti440 and its over clocked to a 4600 will the over clocked card run just as fast as a 4600........is the quality the same?.......its water cooled

If you overclock the 4400 to the same specs as a 4600, it will run just as fast yes. Provided its stable and not crashing or artifacting or anything :)
