UT03 Vehicles?

Hey all,
Was messing around with U03 and found a file called VehicleDemo.ut2 in the maps directory. Perhaps unsurprisingly, you could obtain vehicles... a sort of dune-buggy looking thing that can shoot rockets. Any way to play this with more than one person?
