Hello,
Is there a difference between the makers of the GeForce 4 TI 4600 (like MSI,PNY, etc.) and if so what one is best for overclocking.

Yes, there cna definitely be a difference. Based on the quality of the build, and the memory they choose to use, different brands can run better or worse overclocked.

My favorite at the moment is Gainward. They tend to take thier time and build good quality stuff with the fastest RAM available. Look around and check the specs on the various cards offered. Keep your eye on the memory speeds and where they are clocked for a good indicator of performance.

My albatross 4200 isnt so great for OCing, the most i can get out of it with cheap ram sinks is 315/600, i can get 315/690 but weird things happen.... so it might just be the card...

I would have to say GAINWARD as well.
Not only they OC very well, but the image quality is great due to very good filters between the RAMDAC and output. Albatron sucks at filters....
