Right,
just borrowed a laptop from work to see if i can get it going.
its an Acer Travelmate 512te
Celeron 366, 128mb ram, 6.4gb disk, 12" LCD screen
problem i got is this.
The thing turns on.
counts the memory
tells you what processor it has
pops up the message saying "press F2 to enter BIOS"
and thats it, nothing, not a bean more.
the acer web site (the UK one at any rate) is as much use as a chocolate fireguard, so does anyone know of these laptops, or anywhere where someone might know anything about them
