AGP Driving Strength

just want to know if it is better to raise the strength for ocing? At higher FSB's (145) 3DMARK crashes to desktop, but Windows works perfect.

Default on the KG7-Raid is afaik D8, is EA better? I will try out myself but would like to here a professional's opinion :)

not speaking from experience on the socket-a boards... but with the slots the agp driving stenght doesn't necessarily translate into terms of stability... more like performance. Most set it to auto and thats that... but you can play with it to get more or less 3Dmarks. Of course, if you set it incorrectly, you can probably end up wih less stability.

I would try auto.. see how many 3Dmarks you get. Then start tinkering all the way from 00 to FF as it is a hexadecimal value. Record all your 3Dmark scores... and then set it and forget it!

Hopefully we'll also hear from someone with a KG7... that was a popular mobo. Also post what kind of vid card your using.
