Hey Gang, I am looking at selling my old system to a friend, but I need your all help

My System spec:

E6400 2.13ghz dual Core 2 Intel Processor. Retail box with 1.5 years left on warranty.

2 x 1gb PC 667mhx Patriot Memory that has lifetime warranty.

GIGABYTE GA-G33M-DS2R LGA 775 Intel G33 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

XFX 8800 GTS 320mb Video card has a lifetime warrant I believe

2 x Onlite DVD-RW

Antec Sonta III Case with 500 watt Power supply I think it is 80plus cerified but I would have to check.

80gb Sata 3.0 7200 rpm Hard Drive.

Window XP Media Center SP2(Got a free Vista Home Premium upgrade for it that can only be used with it. I have never used it)

System is less than 1.5 years old. With most of the part newer than that. I had some system problem a while back and it turned out to be a bad stick of ram which resolved the issue. All the companies worked with me and gave me replacements. I paid like ~1500 for it. Do you think price for it. I was thinking around 450-550. Do you think that is low or a little low?
