Remember my Christmas morning post, now its easter!

Remember when I had the 360 that had the red ring of death on Christmas? My son got Supersmash brothers for Easter for the Wii. It just happends to be the "small percent" that needs to be sent back to Nintendo so they can use there "hi tech equipment" to clean the lens so it can read the double layer disk!

His entire day wasnt completely ruined it did manage to read the disk once after he spend a good 30min retrying lol. He never wanted to turn the system off after that.

And by "clean" they mean replace the inferior lens with one that works.

I think the inferior lens is the main reason the Wii doesn't support DVD playback.

P.S. Super Smash Buttons is working fine for me. Sorry 'bout your luck though.:/

I hope this doesnt happen to me when SSBB comes out here but anyways there was this one easter back in my high school days were I actually recieved a playstation branded easter egg that came with a playstation demo disc!!! its true man seriously as I still have that demo disc

yeh I just got super smash bro's brawl today from gametraders as they import wii games and even give you the freeloader to get passed the region lock but yeh ive never been able to find anyone online to play against ether so far.
but also I found out that it doesnt officially get released in australia till june!!

I havent seen mine back yet. For the most part I can get it to work within 5min of ejecting and reinserting. Im just letting him play this weekend to get it out of his system a little bit before I send it back. Fun game though.

yes very fun game as I am still playing it and find it hard to put down the control pad except for when I got a laserdisc player yesterday and watched a movie on it. it was pretty good but I wouldnt want to take movies to friends houses cause of the size of those discs lol!
