The top guy may be a millionaire, but there are whole crowds of women who want a large guys. It like a preference, some like guys bigger, just like some guys like larger women. Don't give in to stereotypes.

As for the bottom one, I can almost guarantee you that is photoshoped. The left ear (his right) is blurred and usually women in middle eastern countries are forbidden to dress in such a way. But I have been wrong before.
