Anyone know MSN's Tech and Help 1-800 phone number?
No, it is not for me, I beta tested MSN years ago, and will not use it.

Hi John,

First, thanx for the number.
A friend of mine is having problems with MSN, and can not connect. So, could not contact Tech, since she had no phone number.

Secondly, After beta testing MSN from the beginning, until release, we were asked to pay the full amount that the "normal" subscriber was paying. Up to that time I was a charter member for life as I have paid to be on that plan. MS refused to give us testers a break on the monthly rate. Several thousand testers and users dropped the plan at that time.
I think that MSN and AOL are about the same. There are good plans, if you have never used anything else.
Once you use a different ISP, you ask yourself, "Why did I use them for so long?"
