Professional jugglers practice for several hours a day every day. The Galchenkos have been juggling since they were 6 and 9 years old.

I assume the cup girl also has several hours of practice a day.

that piano ball guy was incredible, i have seen the cup girl before i want to see her doing it now whilst balancing a chair on her chin ;) hehe
