Thats pretty cool. I guess the cars being frozen over like that would be a good enough excuse not to make it into work :)
Of course my boss would still tell me to try and chip enough away and drive in anyway.

Same thing happens in several places (although not too often) upstate ny like oswego on the lakefront. I had similar things happen where i went to school in binghamton when you had weird shifts in temp and winds and a torrential rain then froze, then sun melted, cold front, freeze, repeat. Anywhere really close to water in our case we were in valley where several rivers forked/merged and was quite humid all year round although never that extreme! You can tell they had violent wind that blew the water into freezing air. I bet on a nippy day by P0 you can probably frost things quickly w/ a spray bottle full of luke warm water
