Of course it's not. There's very little the OSS community can do to convert Windows users.

I have an Xbox 360 and I have a WinXP MCE (Thanks Fara ;)) machine. I can stream music and movies to any TV in the house now. Just think if I get a capture card... instant TiVo.

[edit]: err, I completely forgot my point. Anywho, there's no way a Linux box could do that for the price of a 360. Neither could it do it so easily.
