Here in Texas we're getting our second taste of Winter (the first being in Nov). Between then and now we've had highs in the 70s and no freezes.

I love snow. :)

Used the scooby as a plow to get out of the shop and then off for some fun in the snow. You get great looks from people when you flick a car totally sideways and then stomp on the gas. :D Guess nobody watches rally racing around here. Seems all we get is "exiting" Nascar around here.

We only got 11" down here near the Nations Capital.
Streets were cleared quickly and what was left on the streets melted by mid day. By night the streets were dry around here.
I'm sure the school systems will be closed for a week still. They close when the weather people just predict snow.

Over here on the VA coast we just got little flurries, barley noticable. I was outside playing paintball in at the time too... I think I have a cold now.

Here in nyc we got record snow according to what they measured in central park. From the looks of it, it doesnt look anywhere as bad as it did after that biggun 3 years ago.

the only thing snow is good for in my town is to chill warm beer pretty quickly.
i have a bucket in the laundry sink filled with snow and waqter and coronas.
its so cold it almost burns going down!
also made a 7' tall snowman with the kids today, they had no school and hey, a day off is good all around!!
