Anybody try Lycoris Os?

Hey i was surfing the web to look for drivers for my cam and i stumbled upon some OS called "Lycoris" it looks pretty much like mandrake's KDE with a windows skin.I was wondering if anybody had tried this and is it good?

It looks to be a good idea, but I absolutely refuse to pay for any linux distro.

I've only paid for distros that make me money back (Redhat & Suse so far)
