BEWARE!!!! SHINZA CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! I purchased a 12 inch ZeroSchock computer sleeve from them via their website. The product was delived quickly and as promised. However, after I was charged $9.25 for shipping, the product arrived with postage $4.80 due. Shinza had only applied $3.95 postage to the container. I thought it would be rather straightforward to get reimbursed, but I was wrong. 3 separate emails over the past 15 days have gone unanswered. Their 800 number has been busy everytime I've called (20 times at least). If you have a problem with Shinza, don't expect to get it resolved. Once they have your money, they no longer care about you as a customer! If they ever get back to me, I will update this posting. Buyer beware!!!!

The fact that you cannot get to them at all answers itself due to the fact that it must take hundreds of customer complaints calling to be unable to reach them.

After my 4th email, they finally contacted me and posted a credit to my credit card to reimburse me for the postage. If they had answered sooner than 3 weeks, I would not have made the above post. Other than the slow response, they are a good company to do business with. I would buy from them again.
