Buying a new monitor. please give opinion.

Hi guys I am getting a new LCD it comes down to these models.
ViewSonic and Samsung.
ViewSonic: ViewSonic VP191s 19"
Samsung: SyncMasterTM 193P-Silver
Samsung: SyncMasterTM 192T-Silver
Samsung: SyncMasterTM 910T-Silver
Samsung: 920T-Silver

The only thing that bothers me about Samsung is the responce time they have about 20-25ms. I know for games this is not a good responce.
The ViewSonic has 16ms. Does the ms make a big difference? PLease advise.

I took the viewsonic to one of the LN Lan parties, think all who saw it would agree it's a hell of a monitor. I'd go with the VS.
