I just got a couple of Leadtek 6800GT to suit my Asus A8N SLI Deluxe.
But I can´t get it to work! Either card works perfectly by itself. But as soon as I install the Nvidia-drivers, and the the system notices the dual graphicscards, it prompt me to restart to enable the multi-gpu mode. I´m used to this, because it´s the same as with my 6600GT-cards. The difference is that when I reenter Windows (2K), the screen gets white and black when the screen changes for the higher resolution (1280x1024).
The upper third of the screen is black, and the two thirds below are white. I have tried lots of things. I have changed places on the cards. I have checked the selector for SLI on the motherboard. I have check in BIOS and even flashed it with several different versions. Nothing helps.
Has anybody here had these problems? Since both cards are working by themself, and the motherboard works with the 6600-cards, it seems to be software related. But is it? And what am I to do?

I'm not sure what your problem is by man with a rig like yours why in the hell are you running Windows 2000 on it?? MY only advice is to get Windows XP on that system and see what happens, perhaps Win2k is such a dinosaur that it can't handle SLI LOL

Id agree, maybe Win2K doesnt work with SLI? At least not yet, these drivers are still very new.

Honestly, I certainly dont have the funds to play with SLI yet myself so Im no help ;)

I have allways had better performance results with W3K on AMD riggs. Win XP gives better results on Intel machines. But sure, I will try it.
