Totally different architecture.
I'll try to dig up a doc on it when i have some more time
Totally different slots. It would be like trying to cram a PCI sound card into your AGP slot or vice verse. PCI-e have their own unique BUS and slot type. The MB you are getting has AGP and not PCI-e.
Here is a Layman's guide to PCI Express

Thanks guys, so I can you a regular pci slot on the board with a pci express card?
Thanks
If you mean "can you use a regular PCI card in a PCI-Express slot?"
No! They are TOTALLY different slots and BUS types.
If you check out that link I put up there for you, it shows cards with their respective connectors. As you will see, they are VERY different. Plus the physical postioning of the card slots on the MB are different so it would take some real doing to try and plug the wrong card in the wrong slot. Hope this helps you out.
Neither can you use a PCI-Express Card in a PCI slot.
