Hi all,
On July 1st, I started keeping track of the team comparision in regards to the rest of the teams running SETI in the world.
We started in 2511th place on July 1st.
On 7/29 - We were 1895 place with 24564.0 Completed Woots.
On 8/05 - We were 1657 place with 27757.0 Completed Woots.
On 8/12 - We were 1581 place with 29468.0 Completed Woots.
We have advanced almost 5000 Woots in two weeks.

And just to help " The Team" , I added another box. Wife said no to running SETI on her computer. Started with a Duron1200, but that was to slow.............just bought a XP-1900{Agoga} and bumped it up to 1680(still locked). Now I'm look'en to catch Synthohol.......

Maybe I'll just go down to the "BestBuy" store and load SETI in all the demo computer they have running in the store. I could then go back right before closing and upload a bunch of units and then all you guys( and girls too) can watch me "stomp" you know who!:D

Good idea, but make sure they are dual procs.....Then you can crunch two at a time for more, always more, more, more, more,
more............

hehe that would be great!! I've thought about doin that on our dual 2ghz P4 Xeon servers at school.. but i just don't have the balls to..

If they were not servers, it would be worth asking for permission.
But, because they are servers, there isn't any way in hell they would let you!!

Yeah that's what's holding me back from asking.. lol.. I think that would be the meanest crunching machine out there.. at about 2,500 bucks i will own one....someday.

Yes, but at $2500.00 a pop, you could make 5 screaming crunchers for the same price.

I guess i should of stated it right in the first place..hehe
It cost the school $2500, i don't know what i could build it for but prob allot cheaper than that.
Yeah 5 systems does sound better thou. :D
