Hi all,

I keep close track on the stats, but we lost a member, and I don't know who.

Any help?

Hi all,

It was TGC that left, I think.

Anyone know why?

Take care......

Hey Lee, I took a screen shot of the status board and will try to remember to take a screen shot everytime we gain (hopefully not losse) a member.
Don't know why he left.
One thing I do see (and someone please correct me if I am wrong) is that we have a couple of different members. Some more active than others. I think it's the more active ones, the ones that post more and interact more with other members that tend to stick around in this nice little cornet of the internet we call LN.
Some of us, well most of the LN seti team (I think) came over from NM when we (well I can really only speak for myself huhu?) did not like the changes and such that happened (not going to get into that). And I do tend to think of you all as family (even if NY is the red headed step child :D )
Somehow we have to not only grow as a seti team but keep that friendship and close grouped team feeling around.

Hi Will,

Well Put!!
I agree 100% that we are a very close knit group and we will be around for a long time.
There will be some that come and go, but we can pretty much count on certain ones of us being here for a long time.

Take care, and "crunch on, dude.".........

PS.........I hate the word "dude", so I used it. Go figure.

Hey Lee, I see that you are fast aprocahing the 10k mark, way to go "DUDE":D
Thanks, I am glad I am not the only one that sees that. Oh I forgot to tell you I finally got that dual 1 gig running, It's crunching as we speak. Going to let it crunch for a while before reaching the "right" moment to transmit the WU :D

Hi Will,

I figure that I will break the 10k mark on Tuesday.
Monday is my 300 download, and the rest of the week is about 125 a day.

Download a large cache, and pass snowman, aka billg2911.

How are ya liking the duely rig? Is it worth the extra money for the punch?

Take care..........

Sup Lee, man you never do sleep do you? Well I have not really done much with the dual, as soon as I put it together, updated xp and stuck a fire wall on it I started it crunching. One thing I did notice, if I have it set to crunch 1 at a time it only uses 1 cpu but if I set it to crunch 2 at a time it uses both cpu's to the max. I really don't plan on uing it for anything other than seti. I am going to upgrade my currnet system so I will be adding another ship to my fleet of 2.

Hi Will,

Actually I do sleep.
I monitor from 6:00 AM our time, to 10:00 PM our time.
I get up at around 6:00 AM and check threads. I have the threads set to notify me when a reply comes in for one that I have responded to. The new ones, I check every 15 minutes or so.
I get to work at Microsoft around 9:00 AM or so, and have a system set up there for monitoring.
When I get home, I monitor til round bedtime, 10:00 PM or so.

See, I am not on all the time. :)

I was not aware that dualy crunched best with two in motion.

Cool, does it do two in the time of one, with dual?

Take care.........

Yup, So far it's working good. I was not able to get that kvm switch to work so I ordered one directly from Belkin, should be here tomorrow in the am. I have not checked the dual this evening because I am too lassy to unhook then re hook the monitor:D
