I just read the article and must say the guy did a really good job of summing uo both games and stating which he felt was best.

i havent played half life 2 yet, but in doom the monsters r so :mad2::mad2::mad2::mad2:ing hard that i couldnt get past the first level with cheats. my friend started to get mad

i have played both games and i must say doom 3 has nothing on half life 2. the game play is much better and it has a decent story line. the graphics are almost as good and it runs a lot smoother than doom 3.
