An American woman was walking down Oxford street when she heard `beep beep beep beep beep` at the traffic lights, She tuned and asked a passer by in her best southern accent " why do the lights beep?", "it's so that our blind know when the lights are red" came the reply "oh she said" ... " why what do you do for your blind?" said the passer by, " oh we don't let them drive" she said :D
